Il Frappato Occhipinti - Arianna's wine par excellence

Red Wine SP68 - Arianna Occhipinti Winery
SP68 owes its name to the provincial road that peasants already traveled three thousand years ago starting from the countryside with amphorae, and then barrels, and inside the fruit of their work, fatigue, joy, and again the smell of the earth. Young, heady and pulpy, SP68 Rosso is a direct and tasty wine, sometimes rustic but delicate and natural. Excellent to accompany grilled meat with friends.

Pettineo: is a historic district beyond the Serra San Bartolo promontory; historically it has always produced very elegant wines thanks to a layer of loose and deep marine sand (50-60 cm) with little presence of calcareous pebbles on the surface.

Fossa di Lupo is a historic district whose surface lands are sandy with a substantial presence of stone limestone and after the first 40 cm of sand have a rather hard layer of rocky limestone.

Contrada Bombolieri is on a very limestone promontory overlooking the Serra San Bartolo. Here the lands vary from brown to white, but the surface sand layer is decidedly lower, only 25 cm. Just below are solid limestone rocks.

Produced from a grape that loves altitude and lava lands, Riesling Eruzione 1614 is a cru of Etna grown in the Sciaranuova vineyards, at whose border the legendary eruption of 1614, which lasted 10 years, stopped.

An agreable red wine like a ruby. It has deep and continuing scent; its taste is a little tannic but also wich of shades. It's advisable to uncork one hour before and to serve at 18°-20° C about

Fresh and elegant, Calanìca Chardonnay by Duca di Salaparuta is a captivating and balanced Sicilian white wine. Excellent for an aperitif to be enjoyed with friends.

Straw-yellow color with greenish reflections; complex, characterful, fruity bouquet that is highly expressive of the source grapes and harvest time; fresh balanced and persistent on the palate.

The Colomba Platino has a beautiful straw yellow color. It presents itself with a delicate fruity bouquet, is lively, rich and sustainable.

Onìris Rosso by Duca di Salaparuta is a very fruity wine, with a modern, full and persistent character, ideal for spending moments of lightheartedness. Indicated as an aperitif, it is also excellent with tasty fish and white meats.

COLOUR: Light straw yellow with shades of green. 
BOUQUET: Pleasing, diverse and fresh; heavy scent of white flowers. TASTE: Clean, delicate, characteristic. A touch of fragrant acidity gives it a fresh and keen taste. 

Catarratto and chardonnay grapes give this wine fresh Mediterranean scents and a savoury, elegant flavour with a typical hint of bitter almonds. Piano Maltese is the heart of the Tenuta Rapitalà, gentle hills at between 300 and 600 metres altitude, which, because of their history, terrain and climate endow wines with a special character. 

Rosè wine from Nero d’Avola grapes with fruit and flower flavouring, harmoniuos and balanced, versatile. Perfect as an aperitif and with Italian cuisine. 

Dry Zibibbo Jasmin - Firriato
Obtained from Zibibbo grapes, Jasmin by Firriato is an elegant white wine rich in taste thanks to the aromatic characteristic of this native vine, vinified dry. Well represents the sunshine, the conviviality of Sicily and the Mediterranean charm. Great to drink in the company of friends.

Chiaramonte Ansonica was created as an act of reverent homage towards this important and widely-planted Sicilian variety. Freshness and minerality for one of the best interpretations of pure Inzolia wine.

It takes its name from the woods of the town of Salemi. Angimbé, a wine marked by its scent ranging from the perfume of fresh flowers to that of ripe fruit, is born from the union of the Sicilian personality of Insolia grapes and the elegance of Chardonnay grapes.

Cold pressing with skins and first fermentation at a temperature of 8°C for around 12 hours, soft second pressing. Cold decanting and fermentation at a temperature of 18-20°C, period on the lees in stainless steel containers at least 4 months, and successive fining in the bottle.

Larcéra Mandrarossa - Organic Vermentino from Sicily
Sicilian wine from organic grapes, Larcera is the Vermentino by Mandrarossa, a fresh, mineral, savory and versatile white wine. The quality and excellent yield of the vine are due to the exposure of the vineyards to the south, the climate of the area and the proximity of the sea.
Larcera is part of the Mandrarossa Innovative Wines Collection, wines that do not always belong to the local wine tradition, but that show a new and original face of Sicily. The label takes its name from a district of the municipality of Santa Margherita del Belice, one of the growing areas of this extraordinary Mediterranean variety.

Fiano by Mandrarossa - Organic wineMandrarossa Fiano is a Sicilian white wine, made from 100% Fiano grapes from the vineyards located in Menfi. Calcareous soils with the typical white stones, locally called “ciaca bianca”, afford the ideal conditions for fiano. The result is a wine that expresses an extraordinary balance of scents and minerality.

The white wine SM Contrada Santa Margherita by Arianna Occhipinti is a particularly sapid, elegant 100% Grillo with great personality and aromatic intensity. Excellent balance between the alcoholic and acidic sensations. To give it these unique characteristics is the terroir on which the vineyard stands, partly rich in chalk and fossils, partly calcareous.

The original Sicilian interpretation of Vermentino
Obtained from 100% Vermentino grapes grown on the Suor Marchesa estate, Sentiero del Vento represents the latest example of the vocation of the Duca di Salaparuta winery to experiment and evolve. With Sentiero del Vento Duca di Salaparuta gives us a fresh and mineral wine, with the scents of Mediterranean scrub, broad and velvety on the palate.
