From the Sicilian red grape variety par excellence, Fina winery produces its organic Nero d'Avola. Wide and velvety, it is a red wine with great structure and aromatic persistence, excellent to accompany succulent dishes.

The young and thriving Nero d’Avola vineyards, planted in 2000 using an espalier training system, are lying on clay soils, rich in limestone and potassium. Produced from the most important Sicilian red grape, Donnatà has a strong and complex personality, which generously expresses its origins by being a very enjoyable and well-balanced wine.

16 Filari is an organic Nero d'Avola produced by the Case Alte winery in Contrada Macellarotto in Camporeale. The Abbazia Sant'Antiasia Biological Grillo has a straw yellow color with light greenish nuances, while the nose offers fresh fruit aromas with floral notes. The palate is pleasantly fresh, sapid and persistent. Best served with fish dishes, excellent as an aperitif.

Nero d’Avola shows an intense ruby red color with a slightly faded violet nail. Good clarity and concentration.
