Sweet dessert sparkling wine

Natural Passito Ecrù - Firriato Winery
The Ecrù is a natural sweet wine of unusual finesse, produced from Zibibbo grapes. The uniqueness of the L'Ecrù Passito is given by the method of infusing the raisin grapes into the wine, without prolonged, interrupted and distributed fermentation. The grapes in contact with the wine swell and release their aromas for a passito of incomparable balance. Sicilian red wine with great personality and a Mediterranean imprint, Harmonium Firriato was born out of an act of love towards Sicily and her most important native red grape variety. It is a great Sicilian Cuvée of three Nero d'Avola crus.
