The precious Timilia flour is a wholemeal flour which, during the phase of separation from the bran, sifting, is not very refined. It takes its name from the ancient Sicilian durum wheat Timilia or Tumminia (Triticum durum), from the stone grinding of which a nutritionally rich flour is obtained.

Obtained with the stone milling of the ancient Sicilian Majorca wheat, the Majorcan flour is a soft wheat flour formerly used in our island for the production of sweets, in particular for the Sicilian cannoli rind, and recently rediscovered for its quality. and digestibility.

Perciasacchi Flour is a whole durum wheat flour obtained from the stone milling of Perciasacchi wheat, an ancient Sicilian wheat often called "Sicilian kamut" improperly because, according to recent studies, the Sicilian native cultivar already existed before the kamut.

The Senatore Cappelli durum wheat flour comes from a "hybrid" grain, a cross between different wheats, milled in stone. Senatore Cappelli is the youngest of the ancient Sicilian grains. Obtained from high hill Nero D'Avola grapes and Cabernet Sauvignon, Cygnus is an elegant, soft and sinuous Sicilian red wine. It is ideally dedicated to the composer Wagner who in 1881 completed "Parsifal" inspired by the swans of the small lake of Villa Tasca.

Towards the end of the 60’s, Count Giuseppe decided to create a special reserve of Regaleali Rosso, capable of aging like other great international red wines. A challenge he won in 1970 and renewed in successive vintages.

Almerita Brut is a Sicilian vintage created in 1987 for the friends of Count Giuseppe. Obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes and elaborated with the Classic Method, in contact with the lees for 24 months, this sparkling wine of Tasca d'Almerita has a fine and persistent perlage and is delicately creamy and extraordinarily fresh on the palate.

Lamùri of Tasca D'Almerita is a Sicilian Nero d'Avola cultivated on the high hills. It takes its name from the winery's own love (Lamùri) for the production of its wines. Unlike the usual Nero d'Avola grown in the plains, Lamùri is characterized by primary aromas, without excesses of ripening.

International Syrah and DOC Monreale
Fresh wine of excellent drinkability, the Syrah produced by Tasca d'Almerita in the Sallier de la Tour estate represents the most varietal and identity-defining expression of the Monreale DOC territory. In fact, this international vine has perfectly adapted to the very hot but windy climate and clayey soil of Monreale (Vigna Ex-Pereto).

Produced in the Monreale area, Inzolia Sallier de la Tour is a fresh and drinkable wine, obtained from the traditional white vinification of 100% Inzolia grapes.
