Acacia Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Acacia Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a very sweet and delicate spring honey, with a straw yellow color. Highly digestible, it is sought after by diabetics because its sugar content is mainly due to fructose and therefore does not require insulin for its metabolization. It is also recommended for children.

Chestnut Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Chestnut Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Rich in mineral salts and with an intense flavor with a bitter aftertaste, chestnut honey is recommended for children and the elderly and for those suffering from anemia as it is rich in iron. It has disinfectant properties for the urinary tract and is suitable for diabetics because its sugar content is mainly due to fructose.

Eucalyptus Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Slow Food Presidium, Sicilian Black Bee Eucalyptus Honey is a summer honey with balsamic and disinfectant properties. It is widely used to treat coughs, colds and laryngeal pharyngeal infections. It is a sweetly aromatic and balsamic honey. Eucalyptus honey can have a strong woody aftertaste but this version has a beautifully rounded mellow flavour with a subtle complex finish. Dark amber when warm and sets to a thick fine crystalline structure when cold.

Wildflower honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Wildflower Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Produced in several areas of Sicily, it is a widespread honey especially in the Nebrodi Mountains, an area rich in citrus fruits and botanicals typical of the Mediterranean maquis. In addition to being an excellent sweetener, wildflower honey is a Sicilian nectar suitable for flu thanks to its antibacterial properties.

This unique Brut wine is produced in the hinterland of Palermo from Grecanico and Chardonnay grapes cultivated at more than 500 metres above sea level. Duca Brut is an elegant, complex wine with fruity scents developed in harmony with a distinct aroma of bread crust and is well-balanced, fresh and lively.

The prickly pear honey is a natural product obtained from breeding of bees that collect nectar in the numerous plantations of Sicily. It is characterized by its extreme sweetness and the color yellow. It can be combined with cheese or intense flavor. Highly regarded for its therapeutic properties, excellent remedy for diseases of the liver and control of intestines.

Thyme Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Sicilian Black Bee Thyme Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a summer honey produced in the Ragusa area, from an aromatic plant widespread in the eastern Mediterranean. Thanks to its balsamic properties, thyme honey is a Sicilian nectar indicated for throat inflammations but it is also a powerful natural antiseptic for problems of the urinary and intestinal tract.

Sulla Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Slow Food Presidium, Sulla Honey takes its name from the pollination of Sulla (Hedysarium coronarium), a perennial herbaceous plant, typical of the Mediterranean, belonging to legumes. It is a spring honey of Sicilian Black Bee. It has laxative and diuretic properties and is restorative and energizing. It is ideal for sportsmen and children.

Honey Lemon Blossom has a light color and an intense aroma of lemons from Sicily. Can be used as a sweetener to replace sugar. Has anti anemic and sedative properties, is an excellent emollient, and is useful for fatigue and convalescence.

Citrus Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Slow Food Presidium, the citrus honey of "Sicilian Black Bee" is produced on mixed citrus blooms with a pleasant flavor and a typical aroma of flowers. Nectar produced in spring, has a light color and a delicate and pleasant taste. It tends to crystallize very soon. It has sedative and antispasmodic properties with a relaxing action.

Bramble Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Bramble Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Nectar produced in summer in the Messina and Palermo areas, has a dark amber color and a strong but pleasant taste. It is indicated for inflammation of the mouth.

Thistle Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Sicilian Black Bee Thistle Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Healthy nectar produced in spring in the Messina, Palermo and Trapani areas, it has a light color, which darkens when it crystallizes, and a strong flavor. It has digestive and detoxifying properties for the liver.

Astragalus Nebrodensis Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Astragalus Nebrodensis Black Bee honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a very rare mountain summer honey. Astragalus Nebrodensis is a plant of the Sicilian endemic flora located at about 1800 m above sea level. It has a thorny shrub and belongs to the Fabaceae family. The nectar produced is suitable for children because it has a very pleasant taste and strengthening properties. It is an excellent sweetener.

The Sicilian Black Bee Dill Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a summer honey produced in Sicily from an aromatic plant with a smell similar to fennel. Thanks to its digestive and antispasmodic properties, dill honey is a Sicilian nectar suitable for intestinal inflammation. Very rich in mineral salts, it is also a powerful natural antibacterial.

Carob Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Carob Honey from Sicilian Black Bees is a Slow Food Presidium. Produced in Sicily, it is a rare honey with limited quantities because it is a winter honey. Carob honey, like all winter honeys, is richer in antioxidants and polyphenols than other honeys. Crystallizing quickly, it takes on an almost creamy consistency similar to a toffee to slowly melt in the mouth. Mandarin honey, like all spring honeys, is a delicate honey with a very pleasant aroma. Ciaculli Late Mandarin Honey from Ape Nera Sicula is a Sicilian nectar recommended for its calming properties.

Syrah Calanìca Duca di Salaparuta is a Sicilian red wine from Syrah grapes, grown on white and limestone hills. Ruby in color, it has an intense, fruity, spicy aroma and a rich, broad and velvety flavor.

Bianca di Valguarnera Inzolia - Duca di Salaparuta
Bianca di Valguarnera by Duca di Salaparuta is a Sicilian white wine of great tradition obtained from Insolia grapes. Aged in oak barrels, it shows a complex and aromatic bouquet with hints of vanilla and dried fruit. A white wine for important occasions, also perfect as a meditation wine.

The first single varietal wine to be produced from Nero d’Avola grapes in the history of Sicilian wine, it was first made in 1984. The idea of this noble wine originated from the desire to produce a great Sicilian red wine that could stand alongside the highest quality wines in existence in the international wine-making industry.

The slopes of Mount Etna have always been the perfect habitat for Nerello Mascalese, in terms of both maturation and aromatic expression. Enveloping, soft and fresh Nero d'Avola
A single varietal wine produced from Nero d’Avola grapes, first produced on the sinuous and well-ventilated hills of the Suor Marchesa estate, in the hinterland of the southern part of Sicily, where grapes reach full maturity under the late September sun.

Onìris Rosso by Duca di Salaparuta is a very fruity wine, with a modern, full and persistent character, ideal for spending moments of lightheartedness. Indicated as an aperitif, it is also excellent with tasty fish and white meats.

Obtained from the native Sicilian grape, Calanìca Grillo Duca di Salaparuta is a contemporary and lively Sicilian white wine that allows you to taste the intense and fruity aromas of the Mediterranean scrub.

An elegant dessert wine, Ala was created to satisfy Duca Enrico’s desire to present his wife Sonia with the ideal accompaniment to her passion: chocolate. Garnet red liqueur wine with amber highlights, it has an intense, ethereal bouquet with distinct notes of marasca cherries and hints of almond.

Làvico Etna Bianco DOC - Duca di Salaparuta
Lavico Bianco by Duca di Salaparuta is a savory but at the same time fresh and balanced Etna wine. Obtained from Carricante grapes, an indigenous vine of the Etna area, this white wine surprises for its minerality and structure given to it by the extraordinary volcanic terroir. A lively Etna white wine with unexpected longevity.

Suolo 7 Cabernet Franc – Duca di Salaparuta
Let yourself be warmed by the Sicilian sun with a glass of Suolo 7 Cabernet Franc from the Duca di Salaparuta winery. Rich, fresh, with great structure and with a good propensity for longevity, this Cabernet Franc is a Sicilian red wine with gentle traits that expresses all the strength of the land from which it is born. Its sumptuous aromas fascinate and distinguish it making it a "free wine", as the name of the vine itself recalls.  Furthermore, each bottle of Suolo Cabernet Franc is numbered and therefore unique.
