Rosè di Rosa di Milazzo was born from the rediscovery of an ancient Calabrese biotype, the "Inzolia Rosa". It is a sparkling wine with a fragrant and full taste with good sapidity that recalls the ripe fruitiness of wild berries.
A white wine obtained mainly from Inzolia, a traditional Sicilian grape, combined with non-native Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, harvested when at a good stage of ripeness and vinified in mixed varieties according to the most up-to-date oenology protocol. Inzolia Molino a Vento is a well structured wine with a fresh and savory taste, with a long and persistent finish. It presents intense aromas ranging from fruity aromas of green apple to acacia floral.
Aromas suggest citrus and stone fruit. The juicy palate delivers white peach, green apple and a hint of lemon zest alongside soft but refreshing acidity. It's simple but well-made with a clean finish
