Champagne Brut Nature - Breton Corentin
Corentin Breton's Brut Nature is a dry, complex Champagne with a strong flavor but very drinkable. The name Brut Nature is given to Champagne for the residual sugar of less than or equal to 3 g/l and for this reason it is also called zero dosage or non-dosed. Brut Nature by Breton Corentin, from a good zero dosage, has a marked verticality in the mouth but also surprises for its harmony. Its expressiveness is excellent, enhanced by the addition of Chardonnay grapes to Pinot Noir.

Rosè di Rosa BIO - Milazzo Wineries
Rosè di Rosa di Milazzo was born from the rediscovery of an ancient Calabrese biotype, the "Inzolia Rosa". It is a sparkling wine with a fragrant and full taste with good sapidity that recalls the ripe fruitiness of wild berries.

Light straw yellow wine with greenish tints. The aroma is fresh and vegetable, with notes of broom and salt. The taste is fresh, lively and agreeable.

A white wine obtained mainly from Inzolia, a traditional Sicilian grape, combined with non-native Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, harvested when at a good stage of ripeness and vinified in mixed varieties according to the most up-to-date oenology protocol. Pinot Nero Eruzione 1614 is a cru of Etna produced from vineyards that grow above the lava flow of the famous eruption of 1614, which lasted 10 years.

In the Vajasindi estate, on the slopes of Etna, Duca Nero is born, the Pinot Nero sparkling with the Charmat method. It is an elegant, fresh vintage sparkling wine with a marked minerality thanks to the volcanic origin of the terroir.

Corvo Bianco, a classic Sicilian wine, is produced from Sicilian vines cultivated on warm, sunny hills. Mediterranean and rich in the island’s scents it is a harmonious, versatile white wine with lots of character. 

The grapes Viognier (50%) and Insolia (50%), are grown at 650 metres above sea level on the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela; they are mixed together to produce a wine that is fresh and elegant wuth intense and persistent aromas; in the beginning there are floral notes, then slowly the change to tropical fruits.

Bianca di Valguarnera Inzolia - Duca di Salaparuta
Bianca di Valguarnera by Duca di Salaparuta is a Sicilian white wine of great tradition obtained from Insolia grapes. Aged in oak barrels, it shows a complex and aromatic bouquet with hints of vanilla and dried fruit. A white wine for important occasions, also perfect as a meditation wine.

The Colomba Platino has a beautiful straw yellow color. It presents itself with a delicate fruity bouquet, is lively, rich and sustainable.

Milazzo Classico Brut Classic Method – Milazzo Winery
Milazzo Classico is a Classic Method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Inzolia grapes, grown in the extraordinary terroir of Terre della Baronia. Here the soil, rich in calcareous skeleton, and the characteristic climate of Campobello make it possible to obtain high quality sparkling wines characterized by greater verticality.

Inzolia by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine with a deep straw yellow color. Intense and harmonious bouquet with hints of fruit and white flowers. Fresh, lively, harmonious and persistent flavour.

Fresh and young vintage wine
Inzolia Molino a Vento is a well structured wine with a fresh and savory taste, with a long and persistent finish. It presents intense aromas ranging from fruity aromas of green apple to acacia floral.

Pinot Nero Tolloy is produced from vineyards grown in South Tyrol on the hill of Pochi, a hamlet of Salorno. Excellent with red meats and aged cheeses.

Aromas suggest citrus and stone fruit. The juicy palate delivers white peach, green apple and a hint of lemon zest alongside soft but refreshing acidity. It's simple but well-made with a clean finish

Chiaramonte Ansonica was created as an act of reverent homage towards this important and widely-planted Sicilian variety. Freshness and minerality for one of the best interpretations of pure Inzolia wine.

It takes its name from the woods of the town of Salemi. Angimbé, a wine marked by its scent ranging from the perfume of fresh flowers to that of ripe fruit, is born from the union of the Sicilian personality of Insolia grapes and the elegance of Chardonnay grapes.

Cold pressing with skins and first fermentation at a temperature of 8°C for around 12 hours, soft second pressing. Cold decanting and fermentation at a temperature of 18-20°C, period on the lees in stainless steel containers at least 4 months, and successive fining in the bottle.

Made from autochthonous Catarratto Extra-Lucido grapes, Lucido di Cusumano is a Sicilian white wine that takes its name from the brightness of the grapes of the vine. It is characterized by a marked acidity compared to the common Catarratto.

Inzolia by Feudo Arancio is a Sicilian white wine from an old varietal typical for Sicily. It finds its ideal habitat in warm and windy climates for producing great wines. With a young character, Inzolia is a fruity and harmonious wine with vanilla notes.

Blanc de Noir Q 1000 - Organic Quality Sparkling Wine
Obtained from the white vinification of 100% Pinot Noir grapes, Q 1000 is a fresh, young and lively Classic Method Brut. Organic Sicilian sparkling wine with a fine perlage and a savory and persistent taste. An extraordinary Blanc de Noir for an aperitif.

Typical Sicilian wine with Mediterranean aromas
Produced in the Monreale area, Inzolia Sallier de la Tour is a fresh and drinkable wine, obtained from the traditional white vinification of 100% Inzolia grapes. It is in particular this autochthonous white grape variety that gives us Sicilian wine with the typical Mediterranean aromas of orange blossom, lemon flowers and almonds.

Containers called Pithoi were used for fermentation, which gave the wines their particular smell and taste of quality which still endures today.
