Cantine Fina's Mamarì is not the classic Sauvignon Blanc but it is a Sicilian Sauvignon Blanc. Widespread in Sicily since the mid-nineties, the vine has found an ideal habitat that has allowed it to develop unique and unmistakable typical Sicilian olfactory and gustatory characteristics. It is a fresh wine vinified in steel with fruity and floral notes. Great to accompany sushi and sashimi!

The Chardonnay by the Principe di Corleone winery is made from grapes from low-yield vineyards. The soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the must at low temperatures give rise to a wine full of personality, structure and refinement.
Made from Nero d'Avola, Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes, Il Rosso by the Principe di Corleone winery is a typical red wine from Sicily. It fascinates for its ruby red color and for its intense, very complicated, elegant, warm and dry taste. Wine of great personality and full body thanks to the maturation in French oak barrels for about 8 months.

The Merlot by Principe di Corleone is made from 100% Merlot grapes which prosper to own vineyards of Corleone. He matures for 6 months in the bottle. His colour is intensely ruby-red, his bouquet reminds of ripe forest fruits and fine marks of flowers. In the mouth it is dry, warm and round, with a strong personality. A great red wine from Sicily.
This is a fresh wine, which should be consumed within two years. The name refers to my family's Spanish origins and we produce 75,000 bottles of it.
The grapes are equal quantities of Catarratto and Inzolia, fermented separately. The wines are blended in November.
Syrah is grown in different ways in the winery, depending on the intended use for the grapes, so these grapes come from a sunnier area than the first but have quite a different plant yield, in order to ensure a concentration that will make this wine ready to rest a year in small oak barrels, which have been previously used for our third Syrah.
This is the second red wine of the range and, unlike the red label Syrah, it is a structured wine with the typical elegance of a Sicilian Bordeaux blend, therefore Nero d'Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Produced with the Charmat method, MaKiSè by Fina wineries is a young sparkling wine from 100% Grillo grapes. Fermentation in autoclave at low temperature gives it freshness and vivacity. Fruity notes and pleasant sapidity for a good white wine, evocative of the scents and the sea of Sicily.
