Chestnut Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Chestnut Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Rich in mineral salts and with an intense flavor with a bitter aftertaste, chestnut honey is recommended for children and the elderly and for those suffering from anemia as it is rich in iron. It has disinfectant properties for the urinary tract and is suitable for diabetics because its sugar content is mainly due to fructose.

Eucalyptus Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Slow Food Presidium, Sicilian Black Bee Eucalyptus Honey is a summer honey with balsamic and disinfectant properties. It is widely used to treat coughs, colds and laryngeal pharyngeal infections. It is a sweetly aromatic and balsamic honey. Eucalyptus honey can have a strong woody aftertaste but this version has a beautifully rounded mellow flavour with a subtle complex finish. Dark amber when warm and sets to a thick fine crystalline structure when cold.

Wildflower honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Wildflower Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Produced in several areas of Sicily, it is a widespread honey especially in the Nebrodi Mountains, an area rich in citrus fruits and botanicals typical of the Mediterranean maquis. In addition to being an excellent sweetener, wildflower honey is a Sicilian nectar suitable for flu thanks to its antibacterial properties.

The prickly pear honey is a natural product obtained from breeding of bees that collect nectar in the numerous plantations of Sicily. It is characterized by its extreme sweetness and the color yellow. It can be combined with cheese or intense flavor. Thyme Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Sicilian Black Bee Thyme Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a summer honey produced in the Ragusa area, from an aromatic plant widespread in the eastern Mediterranean. Thanks to its balsamic properties, thyme honey is a Sicilian nectar indicated for throat inflammations but it is also a powerful natural antiseptic for problems of the urinary and intestinal tract.

Sulla Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Slow Food Presidium, Sulla Honey takes its name from the pollination of Sulla (Hedysarium coronarium), a perennial herbaceous plant, typical of the Mediterranean, belonging to legumes. It is a spring honey of Sicilian Black Bee. It has laxative and diuretic properties and is restorative and energizing. It is ideal for sportsmen and children.

Honey Lemon Blossom has a light color and an intense aroma of lemons from Sicily. Can be used as a sweetener to replace sugar. Has anti anemic and sedative properties, is an excellent emollient, and is useful for fatigue and convalescence.

The Sicilian Black Bee Dill Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a summer honey produced in Sicily from an aromatic plant with a smell similar to fennel. Carob Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey

Derived from the name of the wild flower that grows around our cellar, Alastro is a Grecanico blended with a particularly aromatic variety, Sauvignon Blanc. It is a delicately structured wine, with aromas of tropical fruit, fresh citrus and white flowers.

La Segreta takes its name from the wood that surrounds our vineyard at Ulmo. This young fresh wine produced mainly from Grecanico grapes, introduced into Sicily more than 2,000 years ago, gains personality and style with the addition of international variety grapes.All the grapes are carefully cultivated in Planeta owned vineyards.

Nero d'Avola Menfi DOC wine
Plumbago is a single-variety Nero d’Avola, called after the beautifully coloured purple wild flower that grows in the woods surrounding the baglio and vineyards of Ulmo.

Nocera by Planeta is a Sicilian red obtained from this noble and ancient grape variety. The vine is grown in a few hectares in Capo Milazzo, in the Messina area, in the spectacular La Baronia vineyard surrounded by the sea, by centuries-old olive trees and under the gaze of the Aeolian Islands. The Barone Lucifero Foundation, owner of the fund, uses part of the proceeds for socio-cultural and recreational activities for the children of the Milazzo area.

The Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico Dorilli comes from a careful selection of the vineyards that surround the beautiful and unique estate of Dorilli, named after the nearby river Dirillo. A fine and elegant expression, fruit of the union of the noble Nero d’Avola with the Frappato of Vittoria, slightly marked by the refinement in wood.
