Alma Bellavista Grande Cuvée - Franciacorta DOCG
Alma Grande Cuvée is the maximum expression of the Franciacorta Method of the Bellavista winery, a now rare artisan method. Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and a small part of Pinot Bianco, Alma Brut is born from the union of about 60 selections of grapes from the same harvest but from different vineyards (horizontal assembly) with some "reserve" wines from previous vintages (blending vertical) that enrich the already ample olfactory and gustatory heritage of Alma Cuvée. Important is the fermentation and élevage of part of the base wines in small white oak barrels which give Alma intensity and complexity. The result is a Franciacorta of excellent elegance and persuasive finesse, with a vibrant character supported without any compromise by a freshness that maintains its persistence for a long time.

Pettineo: is a historic district beyond the Serra San Bartolo promontory; historically it has always produced very elegant wines thanks to a layer of loose and deep marine sand (50-60 cm) with little presence of calcareous pebbles on the surface.

Cavanera Ripa di Scorciavacca is a Bianco Etna DOC cru that encapsulates in its intense and refined bouquet the aromas and complexity of a unique terroir in the field of Sicilian viticulture—the Etna Volcano. Firriato white, a union of Carricante and Catarratto. The vines’ strength give the wine a decisive character, with a balanced acidity and softness and an extraordinary potential longevity.

Produced from a grape that loves altitude and lava lands, Riesling Eruzione 1614 is a cru of Etna grown in the Sciaranuova vineyards, at whose border the legendary eruption of 1614, which lasted 10 years, stopped.

Eruzione 1614 Carricante by Planeta is a Sicilian white wine from Carricante grapes, with a small addition of Riesling. The cultivation on black soils rich in minerals of the Sciaranuova vineyard, at an altitude of 890 m on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, give this wine minerality, freshness and flavor.

In the Vajasindi estate, on the slopes of Etna, Duca Nero is born, the Pinot Nero sparkling with the Charmat method. It is an elegant, fresh vintage sparkling wine with a marked minerality thanks to the volcanic origin of the terroir.

Milazzo Classico Brut Classic Method – Milazzo Winery
Milazzo Classico is a Classic Method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Inzolia grapes, grown in the extraordinary terroir of Terre della Baronia. Here the soil, rich in calcareous skeleton, and the characteristic climate of Campobello make it possible to obtain high quality sparkling wines characterized by greater verticality.

Ruby red color with purple hues, the nose has an intense and elegant, with notes of liquorice and spices which then must be open to notes of ripe red fruit reminiscent of cherry. The palate is well structured and round with a nice tannic structure.

Milazzo's Metodo Classico Riserva V38AG is the special reserve, created to raise awareness of the extraordinary terroir and to celebrate the passion for the work of the winemakers of the Milazzo winery on the 40th anniversary of the first "draught". The name of this extraordinary cuvée of Chardonnay and Inzolia created in 2004 is a symbolic reference to the first bottler code obtained by the Milazzo winery to be able to bottle the wines. Classic Method Blanc de Blancs
PetraMater is the Classic Method brut of Tenute Orestiadi produced in Gibellina on the hills of the Belìce Valley. It is obtained from pure Carricante grapes grown on white calcareous soil. Fresh, creamy and with a fine and persistent perlage, PetraMater is a fascinating Sicilian sparkling wine with a highly recognizable character, unique and special like the terroir from which it originates.

Containers called Pithoi were used for fermentation, which gave the wines their particular smell and taste of quality which still endures today.
