Amaro Florio Elisir of the Company – Typical Sicilian Amaro
At the end of the meal let yourself be conquered by the Amaro Florio, a amaro with a long tradition and a strong personality, produced according to an ancient secret recipe. Amaro Florio is also known as Amaro or Elisir della Compagnia because during the 1800s it was reserved exclusively for the crews of the vessels of the Compagnia di Navigazione Florio which transported colonial foodstuffs and spices from the Far East.

This unique Brut wine is produced in the hinterland of Palermo from Grecanico and Chardonnay grapes cultivated at more than 500 metres above sea level. Duca Brut is an elegant, complex wine with fruity scents developed in harmony with a distinct aroma of bread crust and is well-balanced, fresh and lively.

Our Grappa Duca Enrico is the fruit of the marc obtained from the finest Nero d' Avola grapes selected for our "great wine". Our steam pot stills and the slow and controlled distillation have created a unique grappa, which, after aging in small, fine oak casks, embodies the essence and strong character of Sicily and the rich hints of the best Nero d'Avola grapes.

The great aromatic potential of the Zibibbo grapes grown on the volcanic lands of the windy island of Pantelleria is what makes Grappa Morsi di Luce so uninque. It is the fruit of the masterly and careful distillation of the marc in steam pot stills. This grappa captures all the hints and scents rich of the sunny warmth and aromas typical of Zibibbo grapes.

Colour - amber-coloured with old gold highlights. Aroma - extremely fine with scents of raisins and vanilla. Flavour - warm and full, with an elegant finish of bitter almonds and raisins. 

Colour - old gold with golden highlights. Aroma - extremely fine with scents of bitter almonds and burnt honey. Flavour - dry, extraordinarily balanced with an aristocratic finish of vanilla and liquorice roots. 

Colour - bright golden colour with topaz highlights. Aroma - intense and balanced, with clear scents of apricot, elder blossoms and toasted hazelnuts. Flavour - full, smooth and velvety with scents of acacia honey, citron peel, elder, sage and a pleasant finish of fruit in syrup and vanilla.

Colour - intense golden colour with copper highlights. Aroma - wide and rich of unique scents of honey and medicinal herbs like rosemary and oregano. Flavour - sweet, full and smooth,well-structured, pleasantly aromatic with sharp scents of the Mediterranean maquis, raisins and dried apricots. 

With a golden color and amber shades, this wine unravels a sophisticated array of flowers smell, dried figs, raisins and walnuts ins to complete its bouquet.

Oxydia is produced from a selection of the best Zibibbo grapes ripened on the island in the warm African wind Intense and aromatic it has a strong, complex bouquet, with distinct notes of apricot. Ideal with desserts, fresh and dried fruit. Wonderful with spicy cheeses.

Ambar is produced from a selection of the best Moscato grapes ripened under the warm island sun. This golden nectar has slight amber highlights, an intense bouquet and a full, soft flavour with hints of acacia honey and pleasant underlying notes of dried figs and raisins.

Obtained from Grillo and Catarratto grapes, Oltre Cento is a Marsala Superiore Dolce, the last born of the Florio marsala. Maturation in oak barrels for at least 24 months is one of the secrets of its quality.

Produced from aromatic Sicilian grapes, Oniris Bianco is a wine with a contemporary, fresh and fruity taste. Ideal to be enjoyed with friends in moments of relaxation as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to ethnic appetizers.

Syrah Calanìca Duca di Salaparuta is a Sicilian red wine from Syrah grapes, grown on white and limestone hills. Ruby in color, it has an intense, fruity, spicy aroma and a rich, broad and velvety flavor.

Bianca di Valguarnera by Duca di Salaparuta is a Sicilian white wine of great tradition obtained from Insolia grapes. Aged in oak barrels, it shows a complex and aromatic bouquet with hints of vanilla and dried fruit. A white wine for important occasions, also perfect as a meditation wine.

The first single varietal wine to be produced from Nero d’Avola grapes in the history of Sicilian wine, it was first made in 1984. The idea of this noble wine originated from the desire to produce a great Sicilian red wine that could stand alongside the highest quality wines in existence in the international wine-making industry.

The slopes of Mount Etna have always been the perfect habitat for Nerello Mascalese, in terms of both maturation and aromatic expression. Làvico, produced here in the enchanting Vajasindi estate, sums up Nerello Mascalese’s decisive and slightly wild character in a refined manner and is a true expression of its territory of origin and the volcano.

Enveloping, soft and fresh Nero d'Avola
A single varietal wine produced from Nero d’Avola grapes, first produced on the sinuous and well-ventilated hills of the Suor Marchesa estate, in the hinterland of the southern part of Sicily, where grapes reach full maturity under the late September sun.

Onìris Rosso by Duca di Salaparuta is a very fruity wine, with a modern, full and persistent character, ideal for spending moments of lightheartedness. Indicated as an aperitif, it is also excellent with tasty fish and white meats.

Obtained from the native Sicilian grape, Calanìca Grillo Duca di Salaparuta is a contemporary and lively Sicilian white wine that allows you to taste the intense and fruity aromas of the Mediterranean scrub.

An elegant dessert wine, Ala was created to satisfy Duca Enrico’s desire to present his wife Sonia with the ideal accompaniment to her passion: chocolate. Garnet red liqueur wine with amber highlights, it has an intense, ethereal bouquet with distinct notes of marasca cherries and hints of almond.

Colour - bright amber colour with topaz highlights. Aroma - marked with clear scents of dates, apricots and stewed prunes. Flavour - full, warm, smooth and velvety with a fine finish of dried fruit. 

Làvico Etna Bianco DOC - Duca di Salaparuta
Lavico Bianco by Duca di Salaparuta is a savory but at the same time fresh and balanced Etna wine. Obtained from Carricante grapes, an indigenous vine of the Etna area, this white wine surprises for its minerality and structure given to it by the extraordinary volcanic terroir. A lively Etna white wine with unexpected longevity.

Suolo 7 Cabernet Franc – Duca di Salaparuta
Let yourself be warmed by the Sicilian sun with a glass of Suolo 7 Cabernet Franc from the Duca di Salaparuta winery. Rich, fresh, with great structure and with a good propensity for longevity, this Cabernet Franc is a Sicilian red wine with gentle traits that expresses all the strength of the land from which it is born. Its sumptuous aromas fascinate and distinguish it making it a "free wine", as the name of the vine itself recalls.  Furthermore, each bottle of Suolo Cabernet Franc is numbered and therefore unique.

With Sentiero del Vento Duca di Salaparuta gives us a fresh and mineral wine, with the scents of Mediterranean scrub, broad and velvety on the palate.

1st Florio Wine - Unfiltered dry white wine
Vino Florio is the 1st wine of the Florio winery, which has always been known for the production of extraordinary Marsala. Produced in very limited quantities, Vino Florio is an unfiltered dry white wine, the same wine that will become Marsala over time. Expression of the vintage, of the rhythm and harmony chosen by the Enologist, Vino Florio is a wine with a rich and savory character, a high alcohol content and an intense scent of flowery fields and the sea.
