'a carciofina – Typical Sicilian preserve
Artichokes in oil, in dialect 'a carciofina, are one of the most used typical Sicilian preserves on the Sicilian table. Only the heart of the best Sicilian artichokes from Niscemi, a Slow Food presidium, processed fresh, seasoned with a few simple and genuine ingredients and preserved in sunflower seed oil.

Leonia Beer is a perfect craft beer with medium and low seasoned meats and cheeses. It expresses complex notes of red fruits, yellow flowers (broom, lime, mimosa) and tropical fruits such as papaya and mango. In the mouth it has a lively and fragrant taste with hints of hops and malt.

The cannolo, a crust filled with cream, takes its name from its long tubular shape and traces its roots to the Middle Ages. In the ninth century the Arabs brought sugar cane to Sicily, thus changing the sweeteners used in confectionery. Previously honey was used to sweeten Sicilian sweets.

Blanched Almonds are almonds with their brown husks removed.  They are creamy in colour and texture.

The “Biologic extra virgin olive oil TerraMadre”, borns on the “Nebrodi Mountains”, on ancient and kind lands warmed by the hot sun. The farming and cultivation of the olives, grow without chimical product and pesticide. They grow in natural conditions following the biologic standard production. Sicilian Classic Nougat - Fiasconaro

The lentils reached their peak production between the 1930s and the 1960s, when around 30 percent of Italian lentils came from Sicily, and especially Villalba. This legume was particularly in demand for its remarkable sensory characteristics and because the market at the time favored the large-seed types

Nocellara Etnea 2020 is an intense and harmonious monocultivar oil from Etna, fruity and elegant, characterized by scents of cut grass and artichoke. The harmonious balance between bitter and spicy makes this oil particularly pleasant on the palate.

This dry spumante with rich and fine pérlage and intense and delicate perfume, springs up from a particular “cru” of Chardonnay produced in the vineyard. Hulled Broad Beans - Organic Product
Make your creamy soups with shelled beans of the Monreale type, broken and without integument. Produced from organic farming, they are kidney-shaped and creamy yellow in color. What characterizes them is the size of the seed: the Monreale type broad bean is in fact a broad bean, even if in the same pod the size of the seeds is different.

From this we obtain the capuliato of Sicilian dried tomatoes, or the real name of Sicilian pesto, naturally processed without the addition of colorings or preservatives. Condiment widely used in Sicilian cuisine, perfect for simple but very tasty appetizers and first courses.
The capuliato was born when the methods of preserving tomato sauce and their cultivation in greenhouses were not yet practiced. The recipe has spread on a gastronomic level in many provinces and in nearby Gela.
