This dry spumante with rich and fine pérlage and intense and delicate perfume, springs up from a particular “cru” of Chardonnay produced in the vineyard. One perceives well blended, blod yeast tones, and notes of crust of bread and acacia honey in an elegant harmony. Fresh and fragrant-tasting, it has an equilibrated and aristocratic taste.
The Montenero has a concentrated ruby red color. Elegant, velvety and seductive, it has intense aromas of small and ripe red berry and cherry fruits, which are well blended with the scents of licorice and spices along with hints of violets and vanilla.

Classic Method Federico II - Cantina G. Milazzo
Milazzo's Federico II is a rich, delicate, balanced and fine Sicilian sparkling wine. Excellent as an aperitif, it is a sparkling wine of great value that goes well with meals and in particular with dishes based on fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
The wine D'Istinto Syrah Caltrasi shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of black cherry and plum followed by aromas of blackberry, blueberry, violet, black pepper and hints of vanilla.

Alma Grande Cuvée is the maximum expression of the Franciacorta Method of the Bellavista winery, a now rare artisan method. Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and a small part of Pinot Bianco, Alma Brut is born from the union of about 60 selections of grapes from the same harvest but from different vineyards (horizontal assembly) with some "reserve" wines from previous vintages (blending vertical) that enrich the already ample olfactory and gustatory heritage of Alma Cuvée. Important is the fermentation and élevage of part of the base wines in small white oak barrels which give Alma intensity and complexity. The result is a Franciacorta of excellent elegance and persuasive finesse, with a vibrant character supported without any compromise by a freshness that maintains its persistence for a long time.

Principe di Corleone wines, and the Pollara family themselves, have always been the guardians of this glorious winemaking tradition, which is the end result of a great deal of passion, commitment and love.
The Chardonnay by the Principe di Corleone winery is made from grapes from low-yield vineyards. The soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the must at low temperatures give rise to a wine full of personality, structure and refinement.
The Syrah of Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian red wine with an intense ruby red color. Its perfume exudes notes of red berries and spices blended with chocolate and licorice. The taste is full and complex with a good concentration of gentle tannins.
Within Tenuta Rapitalà, at about 400 metres above sea level, there is some land where dark clay alternates with tufaceous sand. It is here that is nurtured the unmistakeable character of the Syrah, from the grapes of which is born Nadir, the opposite of Zenith. A wine which takes its name from the Arab Nazir meaning deep, rare, precious.
The terroir and the vineyard: this wine developed from a project which had as its objective the extraction of the maximum expression of terroir in terms of the intensity of the organoleptic characteristics present in the wine.
Syrah is grown in different ways in the winery, depending on the intended use for the grapes, so these grapes come from a sunnier area than the first but have quite a different plant yield, in order to ensure a concentration that will make this wine ready to rest a year in small oak barrels, which have been previously used for our third Syrah.

It is unclear whether the name derives originally from the Persian city of Shyraz or from Siracuse, a town in which it may have been cultivated in the past. Cultivated primarily and with great success in France, in northern Rodan, where it gave life some of the greatest red French wines.
Among the international vines, Syrah has found in the Tenuta di Borgo Guarini, on the western coast of Sicily, an ideal habitat to express all the characteristics that distinguish it.
