Sicilian Bordeaux wine
Burdese by Planeta is a Sicilian red wine with a Bordeaux blend. The name itself in the local Burdisi/Burdese dialect means Bordeaux and refers to the classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Produced in limited quantities, Burdese is an aging wine of great density, structure and balance. Due to its complexity it has few similar in Sicily.

Lacroix is a Superior Bordeaux produced by the merger of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It is an elegant, velvety and fruity wine with a ruby red color.

The Montenero has a concentrated ruby red color. Elegant, velvety and seductive, it has intense aromas of small and ripe red berry and cherry fruits, which are well blended with the scents of licorice and spices along with hints of violets and vanilla.

The Maria Costanza Bianco by Milazzo is a Sicilian white wine from Inzolia grapes and Chardonnay biotypes. It is a very intense and characteristic organic wine of a green Inzolia clone, which stands out original and delicate essences. The success of this extraordinary Sicilian white wine is guaranteed by the awards obtained in prestigious international competitions.

Fine and elegant white wine, with an intense, complex bouquet featuring fruity and floral notes of apple and acacia, together with salty and mineral finish.

Ruby red coloured wine. It displays extensive aromas, along with intense notes of sweet elegant oak, ripe uit and chocolate. Stunningly full-bodied on the palate, round, with tannins of outstanding nobleness.

This 100% Insolia opens with a bright golden color and tight aromas of apricot, candied fruit, lemon mousse and pear. It shows nice intensity and a bright note of bitter almond on the close.

The wine D'Istinto Syrah Caltrasi shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of black cherry and plum followed by aromas of blackberry, blueberry, violet, black pepper and hints of vanilla. 

Nero d'Avola grapes are native to the island of Sicily and were used make this wine - in has a distinctively varietal aroma and has a very attractive red - violet colour with purple edges. 

Located a few kilometres from Alcamo in a soft hilly landscape, the family owned estate consists of 30 hectares, 25,5 of which are cultivated as vineyards.
This international blend is named after the river which runs through the estate. The white clay found in the vineyards is the key to great maturation of the grapes and the elegant character of the final blends.

The young and thriving Nero d’Avola vineyards, planted in 2000 using an espalier training system, are lying on clay soils, rich in limestone and potassium. Produced from the most important Sicilian red grape, Donnatà has a strong and complex personality, which generously expresses its origins by being a very enjoyable and well-balanced wine.

Outstanding by nature and very pleasing to the palate, Kaid Syrah is a powerful and complex wine which marries exuberance, silkiness and exceptional intensity. Syrah is considered the most “Sicilian” among the international vine varieties. Already implanted in 1989, in Contrada Mandranova, it has wonderfully adapted to the local climatic conditions.

A lively, exuberant and at the same time ample and refined wine, Kaid Sauvignon is an organic wine produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown at 330 meters above sea level on a clayey and sandy soil. With a dense and vibrant texture, it is an elegant and enveloping wine that captivates without tiring.

Light straw yellow wine with greenish tints. The aroma is fresh and vegetable, with notes of broom and salt. The taste is fresh, lively and agreeable.

From the Sicilian red grape variety par excellence, Fina winery produces its organic Nero d'Avola. Wide and velvety, it is a red wine with great structure and aromatic persistence, excellent to accompany succulent dishes.

Full and intense taste for the Kikè of the Fina winery, white wine produced from Traminer Aromatico grapes, an aromatic variety planted in Sicily only recently, with a small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Excellent to accompany appetizers, snacks and fish dishes. Surprising as an aperitif.

International grape variety best interpreted from Sicily, Syrah by Fina is a robust, well-structured and persistent wine. Fruity aroma of blackberries and spicy notes of black pepper for a perfect red wine to accompany medium strong flavors.

It is the most complex wine. A unique blend determined by the characteristics of each grape that composes it and that, of course, are different each harvest. Tribute to my "teacher" of the wine.

Colour - intense golden colour with copper highlights. Aroma - wide and rich of unique scents of honey and medicinal herbs like rosemary and oregano. Flavour - sweet, full and smooth,well-structured, pleasantly aromatic with sharp scents of the Mediterranean maquis, raisins and dried apricots. 

Grotte Alte - Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG Classico
Grotte Alte is a Cerasuolo di Vittoria, made from Frappato and Nero d'Avola grapes, which takes its name from the limestone ridges on which Vittoria stands. It is a Mediterranean wine that preserves the flavor of the sea and all the air and temperature ranges of the Iblei mountains.

Only the best Moscato (100%) grapes are selected, grown at 50 metres above sea level on the Baroni Estate in Noto. The grapes are dried producing a wine golden in colour with intense and persistent perfume of oranges, peaches, apricots and orange flowers. Harmonious, gentle and elegant. On the palate it is quite sweet, fresh, well balanced, mounthfilling and persistent.

Etna Rosso Contrada Montelaguardia Fragore - Donnafugata
Fragore 2019 amazes for its extraordinary complexity and volcanic elegance. The Etna Rosso Cru of Donnafugata is the precious result of Nerello Mascalese grapes from Montelaguardia district. The bouquet is ample and profound with spicy scents, wild berries, with mineral and balsamic notes. The palate reflects perfectly the nose offering also important tannins and a remarkable long finish.

The charming grotto of Scurati in the medieval village of Custonaci is the namesake for the young wine made from the best selection of Grillo grapes from the vineyard on the highest hill of the estate. 

Volcanic red wine from Donnafugata
Sul Vulcano 2021 by Donnafugata is a red wine from Etna of great elegance and clarity. A surprising volcanic wine with a fruity bouquet with balsamic and spicy hints. On the palate Sul Vulcano conquers because it is extraordinarily enveloping, fresh and juicy, with silky tannins, good minerality and persistence.

A pure, powerful merlot, Grammonte is full bodied with a persistent aftertaste. Dark, dense, ruby-red, with a refined flavour. With scents of ripe red fruit, morello cherries, black cherries and prunes, as well as floral notes, blended with some mineral nuances, graphite, tobacco and vanilla.

The Abbazia Sant'Antiasia Biological Grillo has a straw yellow color with light greenish nuances, while the nose offers fresh fruit aromas with floral notes. The palate is pleasantly fresh, sapid and persistent. Best served with fish dishes, excellent as an aperitif.

Made from biodynamic Chardonnay grapes, Sens(i)nverso Chardonnay is a fresh and mineral white wine with an intense and elegant bouquet and a round and persistent taste. Excellent with dishes based on fine and tasty fish, medium-aged cheeses.

Made from biodynamic Syrah grapes, Sensinverso is a Sicilian red wine with a large and fresh bouquet. Elegant and velvety, it is indicated with grilled or roasted meat dishes and medium-aged cheeses.

Pinot Nero Eruzione 1614 is a cru of Etna produced from vineyards that grow above the lava flow of the famous eruption of 1614, which lasted 10 years.

Derived from the name of the wild flower that grows around our cellar, Alastro is a Grecanico blended with a particularly aromatic variety, Sauvignon Blanc. It is a delicately structured wine, with aromas of tropical fruit, fresh citrus and white flowers.

Nocera by Planeta is a Sicilian red obtained from this noble and ancient grape variety. The vine is grown in a few hectares in Capo Milazzo, in the Messina area, in the spectacular La Baronia vineyard surrounded by the sea, by centuries-old olive trees and under the gaze of the Aeolian Islands. The Barone Lucifero Foundation, owner of the fund, uses part of the proceeds for socio-cultural and recreational activities for the children of the Milazzo area.

A red wine obtained from the best Nero d'Avola grapes, thinned and vinified in 20 hl wooden casks built specifically on the island to exalt its Sicilian-ness. All this to produce a wine marked by the thousand and one scents of this land and capable of expressing today the traditions and future of Sicily at their best.

Young, fresh and fruity, Bukkuram "Sole d'Agosto" is the passito that is produced every year in the Bukkuram vineyard in Pantelleria. It takes its name from an indispensable element for Marco De Bartoli, the “August sun”, the month in which the grapes are dried in Bukkuram.

100% Viognier, we believe this excellent grape represents a wine for the future which is not yet very well known in Sicily. The wine shows the skills of the Sicilian winemaking techniques. The green harvest, the sun, the altitude and the meticulous selection of grapes are matured for three mounths in barriques, giving extra complexity to this wine.

The grapes Viognier (50%) and Insolia (50%), are grown at 650 metres above sea level on the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela; they are mixed together to produce a wine that is fresh and elegant wuth intense and persistent aromas; in the beginning there are floral notes, then slowly the change to tropical fruits.

Barocco is a well-structured wine displaying a ruby red hue with purplish blue reflections in the glass. The wine offers complex fragrances of the vanilla, blackberry, currant and pomegranate. This fine red wine features a warm palate and elegant & strong in tannins.

The Cartagho made ​​a wine from grapes Nero d'Avola, intense color and life brings smells deep and elegant licorice, plums and well integrated wood. On the palate it is full, balanced, supported by soft tannins and fine.

Etna Bianco DOC Superiore of Tenuta delle Terre Nere is produced from Carricante grapes in Milo, a territory suitable for the production of Superiori whites thanks to the perfect combination of altitude, climate and exposure to the sun. It is a sharp, slender, austere and aristocratic wine.

The noble Shiraz grape variety rediscovers its natural habitat in Sicily. It expresses itself as a wine strengthened by its softly shaped perfumes. This is a wine which arouses an intensity of sensations and which recalls the heat of our sun. 

This wine spings from the strongest and generous Sicilian vine, the Nero d’Avola, raised with care and passion on the slopes of the Mount Erice. It collects in itself the body and the sunny character from the land of origin. 

From the vinification of two native Etna vines, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, the Etna Rosso DOC of the Tornatore winery is born, a wine with an intense and spicy aroma.

“PietraSacra” comes from the magical meeting of noble vines, it is an elegant vintage of great depth. Its structure is rich, concentrated, mature and well developed, characterized by intense and longlasting perfumes. Its predominant personality, softly mitigated by the Sicilian terroir, gives this wine great charm and a velvet persuasiveness.

Among the finest crus of the Pietrarizzo district in Castiglione di Sicilia we find Etna Bianco Pietrarizzo di Tornatore, a savory and fresh wine, produced from 100% Carricante grapes.

Dalila Riserva by Feudo Arancio is a harmonious blend of grillo, a native Sicilian grape, and viognier, a grape originating from the Rhone valley. Its fruity aroma with citrus notes on the finish best expresses the sun and warmth of our Sicily.

The Risignolo estate, with its lands parched by the Sicilian sun, is home to Kados, a single varietal wine produced from Grillo grapes. An extraordinarily well-structured and full-bodied white wine with floral and citrus notes. Its full, velvety and lively flavour embodies all of the charm of this noble land.

Syrah Calanìca Duca di Salaparuta is a Sicilian red wine from Syrah grapes, grown on white and limestone hills. Ruby in color, it has an intense, fruity, spicy aroma and a rich, broad and velvety flavor.

Nawàri is a single varietal wine produced from Pinot Nero grapes that expresses the distinctive features of the land from which it originates and for this reason constitutes a unique experience; a wine of rare elegance with a strong, distinctive personality.

A good intensive rubin colour, Nume has clean perfumes of brushwood, blackberries, currant, that are woven with notes of chocolate and tobacco above a deep coolness of grasses.

Rosso di Marco is made with 100% Pignatello grapes, also known as Perricone, a black traditional grape of Western Sicily, almost disappeared, taking its name from the so called “pignatiddare“, the terra rossa of the province of Trapani, well suited to this variety, and traditionally used to craft terracotta cooking pots “pignatte”.

16 Filari by Case Alte – Organic Nero d’Avola
16 Filari is an organic Nero d'Avola produced by the Case Alte winery in Contrada Macellarotto in Camporeale. From the autochthonous Sicilian vine par excellence, the Case Alte winery produces this extraordinary Nero d'Avola, full-bodied, velvety, with fruity and spicy tones and silky and fine but lively tannins that make this red wine lively and structured.

Etna Rosso DOC by Graci is a Sicilian wine produced from Nerello Mascalese grapes, grown in Passopisciaro on the north side of Etna.

Sicilian wine from organic farming, Fancello by Milazzo was created to conquer the palates of young people and is characterized by an "international" taste. The name of this wine was influenced by the colloquial Tuscan term Fancello which stands for boy. A small bronze of a Sicilian sculptor is depicted on the label.

The Maria Costanza Rosso Riserva represents the culmination in the interpretation of the Sicilian grape par excellence, Nero d'Avola. The symbol of the label is the orchid (Paphiopedilum insigne) better known as "Venus Pantofola", favorite flower of Maria Costanza, ancestor of the family, also a wine grower and a great wine lover.

The Etna Bianco Sentiero delle gerle di Mandrarossa is a wine from Carricante grapes, an indigenous Sicilian vine. It is a mineral white that smells of orange blossom and tells the essence of its territory of origin, the south-east side of Etna.

Vibrant ruby red in the glass with a gorgeous aroma of soft spice , cherry and vanilla notes. Dry and soft with good structure. -

Corvo Rosso, a classic Sicilian wine, is produced from Sicilian vines cultivated on warm, sunny hills. Aged in oak barrels it is distinguished by its round, full-bodied and persistent flavour.

The Tripudium is designed as a modern wine to showcase what Sicily is capable of, age-worthy wines. Classified similar to a 'Super Tuscan' wine, because of the non-Italian grapes Syrah and Cabernet used in the blend this is an IGT grade.  

Doppiozeta The name refers to the name of the manufacturer, the Mazzei family, and also to another wine from the vineyards of Contrada Zisola, for which Doppiozeta has something more to offer, elegance, depth, complexity aromatic. It 'a wine that captures and captivates. 

The grapes Petit Verdot (100%) are grown at 650 metres above sea level in the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela. It is a rich and complex wine matured in Allier oak barrels for 14 mounths. Intense nose, lightly herbaceous with hints of liquorice, bitter cocoa and balsamic notes and spices. Intense red colour with a big strucureand persistent finish. Excellent axample of a great wine.

Description: Entelechia, pure nature-poured nectar, cannot be circumscribed by definition; it is unalloyed emotion, unexpected and enfolding. Entelechia captures the sense and enkindles the mind. The word, of Greek origin, means "the incarnation of what is potential". This wine, we believe, represents the optimal potential of Pantelleria's zibibbo grape. 

The grapes Nero D’Avola (100%) selected for Cembali are produced from vineyards (8625 wines per herctare) sligtly inclined on the Baroni Estate in the area of Noto, historically known for producing Nero D'Avola. The grapes are matured in Allier barriques for 14 mounths. Ruby colour with a complex aroma of black fruit and spices. Rich, deep and generous with a very long length.

NUN is richness, intensity, and energy; it is the emotion that springs from ‘experiencing’ Pantelleria in a wine, discovering the island’s fragrances and aromas in unique and exceptional harmony. 

Salici 100% Merlot, the grapes benefit from the difference in temperatures between day and night that is characteristic of the Pianetto area. After the vinification the wine is matured for 12 mounths in Allier oak barrels. Ruby colour with garnet hue, on the nose one detects blackberries, blackcurrants, vanilla and toasted bread.

This wine is made from Nero D'Avola (50%), grown at 50 metres above sea level on the Baroni Estate in Noto, and Merlot (50%), grown at 650 metres above sea level in the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela.

The extreme selection of the Merlot grapes of our vineyard, the low yield cultivation, the picking of the grapes in small boxes, the fermentation and the vinification made in the manner to consider the whole scents of the fruit; the maturation in oak barrels for 12 months and a further maturation in stainless steel tanks and bottle, make of Nia Maro a wine of great level.

The grapes Nero D'Avola (100%) are grown at 50 metres above sea level on the Baroni Estate in Noto. Only perfect grapes are picked at the correct time of maturation. 

A unique partnering of Sicily's classic grape, the Nero d'avola, with Cabernet Sauvignon at low yield cultivation, produces A'Nserra, a wine of remarkable structure. This wine is classically Mediterranean and thoroughly modern in style. 

Obtained from organic Catarratto Lucido grapes grown on the extraordinary Garcitella terroir, Terre della Baronia by Milazzo is a Sicilian white wine that offers Mediterranean aromas and ripe tropical fruit, with good verticality and acidity. The finish is elegant and persistent.

Bright and fresh, Rosé di Morgante is a sapid but at the same time fragrant and balanced wine characterized by clear, fruity aromas, where citrus and floral notes stand out, reminiscent of rose petals. Ideal as an aperitif, it enhances raw white fish and any type of Mediterranean salad.

Pezat Blanc is a dry white Bordeaux produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes with the addition of Muscadelle which gives it an exotic note. It is a fresh and fruity wine with a refreshing finish.

This wine has a particular link with the traditions of the Etna area where it was a widespread custom to carry out very short macerations (2 days) in order to produce fruity and ready-to-drink wines, much appreciated in the area.
The production techniques, with manual harvesting in boxes, accentuate the aromatic characteristics of the vines used.
A rosé wine of good intensity perfect for many occasions.

It is a red wine of great structure and longevity. It comes from a careful selection and blend of our best varieties vinified separately: Nerello Mascalese, Nero d’Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It is unmistakable and unique, reaching its highest in harmony and balance.

Color: red ruby with light tints garnet.Scent: ethereal, of fruit, spices, with a nuance of tobacco and vanilla.Taste: dry, full, tannic, balanced, persistent with flavor of licorice. Reasonably persistent and tannic

Intense and rich, with a prevailing fruity aroma on the nose, this wine is fairly round in the mouth, medium bodied with a good persistence and harmony.

Let yourself be conquered by a glass of Passobianco 2020 wine by Passopisciaro, a Sicilian Chardonnay in purity grown on deep and mineral soils on the steep terraces of Contrada Guardiola at 850-1000 m asl. Passobianco 2020 is a vintage of excellent quality and it is characterized by freshness, good acidity and minerality. Its complexity is due to the combination of specific light conditions, temperature range, high altitude and volcanic soil that are found only on Etna.

A Tuscan blend of Vermentino and Sauvignon, Costa di Giulia by Michele Satta is an elegant Bolgheri Bianco with a sweet and broad finish. Its great structure and aroma are enhanced with the passage of time.

Production areaMuscat grapes, namely the variety “Muscat of Alexandria”, originally from Egypt, was introduced in Sicily and adopted the name zabbibo, from Arab zabib. Historically zabbibo be used for the production of sweet wines i still perfectly adapted to the production of excellent dry white wine is an example of this is our Taif wine.

Etna Rosso di Murgo is a Sicilian red wine made from Nerello mascalese and Nerello mantellato or Cappuccio grapes. The color is intense ruby red and has hints of fruit and spices.
A wine closely linked to the volcanic territory of Etna, it brings with it characteristics such as personality, elegance and complexity that are unique in its kind.
