Nebros is an homemade alcoholic digestive bitter produced in a natural way according to an ancient recipe that preserves all the vegetable components of the bitter, with the infusion of roots, medicinal plants, berries and natural aromas.This bitter is produced without adding any additives.

Natural “passito” of Pantelleria obtained from a careful selection of muscat of Alexandria grapes or Zibibbo, hand-picked towards the end of August and then dried. It is golden-yellow with amber reflections and you can make out scents of tropical fruit and honey in its wonderful aroma. Best with oven-baked cakes and piquant cheeses.

It is obtained by the natural maceration in alcohol of the peel of lemons, oranges and tangerines. These ingredients give the liqueur a strong aroma as well as a very strong taste. Citrus fruit should be enjoyed both as an aperitif and as a digestive after meals.

Grappa Nonino Vendemmia Riserva 18 Months – 100% Artisan distillation and 0% colourants
Velvety and persistent, Grappa Nonino Vendemmia Riserva 18 Months is a blend of grappas from fresh pomace of Friuli grapes. Produced with discontinuous artisan distillation in copper steam stills and without dyes, it is left to age for over 18 months in barriques and small barrels. The extra virgin olive oil "Il Feudo" is an excellent quality organic oil, mainly obtained from the "minuta" variety, and cold extracted through the Superdecanter X15 of the Tuscan Mechanical Workshops, thanks to which the oil is free of impurities and it preserves its organoleptic characteristics since it does not undergo a further passage in the final separator.

Amaro Unico - The Sicilian artisanal Amaro
Unico is the artisanal Sicilian Amaro produced by Compagnia Mediterranea Liquori according to the ancient tradition, without artificial flavors, preservatives, additives and caramel. The star ingredient of Unico is Sicilian avocado, the new "Green Gold" of Sicily.

For the most refined palates we recommend Birra dello Stretto Gran Premio Tre Luppoli, a pure malt amber lager, with a low fermentation with a strong, pleasantly bitter taste.

Grappa is actually a brandy distilled from grape seeds and pomace. Dry and high in alcohol, it is usually white and served as an after dinner drink. 

Delightful notes of dried fruits and apricots consistent with the original grapes carry through this perfect expression of grappa.

Grappa Mille e una Notte Donnafugata - Grappa made from fine red grapes
An excellent digestive, Donnafugata's Grappa Mille e una Notte is produced from the distillation of the precious red grapes used for the Mille e una Notte wine. Aged in barriques, it has an extraordinarily pleasant and appealing wide array of aromas, revealing notes of dried, toasted, cooked fruit as well as fruit in syrup and even ripe morello cherries, which alternate with notes of honey and vanilla. Soft on the palate, it is a Sicilian grappa with an aristocratic and persuasive personality.

Murika, Modica Chocolate Liqueur - Sicilian artisan product!

This grappa is obtained from the marcs of Carricante, of the vineyard of Pietramarina Etna Biano Superiore D.O.C. Carricante is cultivated on the eastern slopes of Etna at 920 m asl.

Colour - old gold with golden highlights. Aroma - extremely fine with scents of bitter almonds and burnt honey. Flavour - dry, extraordinarily balanced with an aristocratic finish of vanilla and liquorice roots. 

Colour - bright golden colour with topaz highlights. Aroma - intense and balanced, with clear scents of apricot, elder blossoms and toasted hazelnuts. Flavour - full, smooth and velvety with scents of acacia honey, citron peel, elder, sage and a pleasant finish of fruit in syrup and vanilla.

Elephant Gin - African Taste, German Quality

Bomapi's Lemoncello di Sicilia is a typical Sicilian artisan liqueur, made with the best peel of Sicilian lemons matured under the sun of our beloved land. With a unique and creamy taste, this liqueur is reminiscent of homemade limoncello.

With a golden color and amber shades, this wine unravels a sophisticated array of flowers smell, dried figs, raisins and walnuts ins to complete its bouquet.

Only the best Moscato (100%) grapes are selected, grown at 50 metres above sea level on the Baroni Estate in Noto. The grapes are dried producing a wine golden in colour with intense and persistent perfume of oranges, peaches, apricots and orange flowers. Harmonious, gentle and elegant. On the palate it is quite sweet, fresh, well balanced, mounthfilling and persistent.

Passito di Pantelleria with an unmistakable aroma
Produced by Marco De Bartoli for the first time in 1984, Bukkuram, from the Arabic for "father of the vineyard", is an extraordinary Passito of Pantelleria. Obtained from Zibibbo grapes dried in the sun according to ancient tradition, Bukkuram is a natural sweet wine that Marco considered the nectar of the gods due to its sweetness.

Obtained from Grillo and Catarratto grapes, Oltre Cento is a Marsala Superiore Dolce, the last born of the Florio marsala. Maturation in oak barrels for at least 24 months is one of the secrets of its quality.

Made in respect of its "natural" tradition and fortified with a mixture of must and brandy, Marco De Bartoli's Marsala Superiore is characterized by very complex aromas and fragrances and offers sensations and emotions of other times.

Cold vinified Marsala
Obtained only from Grillo grapes, Vigna La Miccia by De Bartoli is an innovative and contemporary semi-dry Marsala Superiore Oro since it is cold vinified. Cold vinification enhances the fruity and more delicate notes of the vine and avoids excessive oxidation during its evolution.

Obtained from the oldest vineyards cultivated between terraces overlooking the sea, Salvatore Murana's Martingana is an award-winning and world-famous Passito di Pantelleria.

An elegant dessert wine, Ala was created to satisfy Duca Enrico’s desire to present his wife Sonia with the ideal accompaniment to her passion: chocolate. Garnet red liqueur wine with amber highlights, it has an intense, ethereal bouquet with distinct notes of marasca cherries and hints of almond.

This Marsala stems from the need to give consumers of wines Marco De Bartoli a classic, but different from the wine taste dry aged.

This Marsala Vergine produced by the Soleras method is aged in small oak barrels for five years. Intense spicy aroma with hints of dried fruit make it unique and unmistakeable. Perfect with herb-flavoured and well-seasoned cheeses.

This delicate, captivating Marsala Superiore is aged for over two years in oak barrels. Its intense, persistent vanilla aroma is highlighted by the presence of aquavitae. Ideal with baked cakes, seasoned cheeses.

Fine Marsala wine made from Grillo, Catarratto and Inzolia grapes. Aged for over a year in oak barrels. Goes well with cakes and in cooking.

Planeta’s Passito is the expression of our wish to produce modern wines which reflect the unique character of our lands. A very ancient wine which has been revived through a modern system of the passito process.

Some rain during the early part of 2003 restored the soil’s water reserves. The flowering and the setting followed their normal course. The summer was very hot and dry, but growth developed steadily. The vines, for long periods close to stress conditions, acquired a rich reserve of polyphenols enhanced by a sunny and airy August which enabled them to reach full phenolic maturation.

Pacenzia is a mix of elegance, uniqueness, diversity and typicality. Patience (pacènzia in fact) gives its name to this wine, a quality that distinguishes being Sicilian in knowing how to wait for the sun and the passage of time to shape the best grapes of a late harvest.
It belongs to the family of the ''Terra Nera'', on the hills of the Trapani hinterland. Soil type rich in silty-clayey substances, compact and resistant to drought in the area. Perfect for growing both red and white grapes.
This wine is perfect to combine both with medium-aged cheeses and with dry pastries and fruit-based desserts.

Firriato’s L’Ocra is an extremely agreeable wine characterised by elements of freshness and tanginess, enclosed in a bouquet of fruity and floral aromas with marked scents of orange peel, roses and honey.

Natural Passito Ecrù - Firriato Winery
The Ecrù is a natural sweet wine of unusual finesse, produced from Zibibbo grapes. The uniqueness of the L'Ecrù Passito is given by the method of infusing the raisin grapes into the wine, without prolonged, interrupted and distributed fermentation. The grapes in contact with the wine swell and release their aromas for a passito of incomparable balance. On the palate the aromatic notes of orange blossom and lemongrass manifest themselves and are delicately combined with the aroma of dates and orange peel.

Colour - bright amber colour with topaz highlights. Aroma - marked with clear scents of dates, apricots and stewed prunes. Flavour - full, warm, smooth and velvety with a fine finish of dried fruit. 

Terre Tardive of Milazzo is a Sicilian sweet wine born from the signature blend of Chardonnay and Inzolia grapes undertaken in 1991 with the Maria Costanza Bianco. It is a sophisticated and elegant wine, the result of innovation, in terms of quality and cultivation techniques, and of experimentation with blends and vinification methods. It is in fact the result of a late harvest that enriches it in flavor and sweetness.
