Sicilian Bordeaux wine
Burdese by Planeta is a Sicilian red wine with a Bordeaux blend. The name itself in the local Burdisi/Burdese dialect means Bordeaux and refers to the classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Produced in limited quantities, Burdese is an aging wine of great density, structure and balance. Due to its complexity it has few similar in Sicily.

Bordeaux-style wine
Lacroix is a Superior Bordeaux produced by the merger of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It is an elegant, velvety and fruity wine with a ruby red color.

Natural “passito” of Pantelleria obtained from a careful selection of muscat of Alexandria grapes or Zibibbo, hand-picked towards the end of August and then dried. It is golden-yellow with amber reflections and you can make out scents of tropical fruit and honey in its wonderful aroma. Best with oven-baked cakes and piquant cheeses.

The Maria Costanza Bianco by Milazzo is a Sicilian white wine from Inzolia grapes and Chardonnay biotypes. It is a very intense and characteristic organic wine of a green Inzolia clone, which stands out original and delicate essences. Feudo dei Fiori di Mandrarossa is a Sicilian white wine, made from Vermentino, Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes. The white wine Feudo Dei Fiori has a very intense full-bodied fruit and brings as everywhere in Italy very fruity, sometimes bold white wines.

Each varietal is harvested separately to ensure optimal ripening. Grapes are destemmed, crushed and the resultant must is rapidly chilled to 39°F on its way to the pneumatic presses. Some portions of the fruit are given skin contact in order to extract flavor and body.

Colour - amber-coloured with old gold highlights. Aroma - extremely fine with scents of raisins and vanilla. Flavour - warm and full, with an elegant finish of bitter almonds and raisins. 

International grape variety best interpreted from Sicily, Syrah by Fina is a robust, well-structured and persistent wine. Fruity aroma of blackberries and spicy notes of black pepper for a perfect red wine to accompany medium strong flavors.

Aglianico di Donnachiara is a red wine produced in Montefalcione, in Campania. It has obtained the Irpinia DOC denomination for its intense and characteristic aroma and for the dry and tannic taste. Fresh and pleasant, on the palate it is a soft and elegant wine thanks to the short period of maceration on the skins.

SP68 takes the name of a road that farmers already traveled three thousand years ago starting from the countryside with amphorae, and then barrels, and inside the fruit of their work, fatigue, joy, and again the smell of the earth. I Sensi Line - Nero d'Avola 2019 "Il Gusto" of Abbazia Santa Anastasia
Nero d’Avola shows an intense ruby red color with a slightly faded violet nail. Good clarity and concentration. It offers aromas that evoke aromas of red fruit that are intense, pleasant and fresh anyway. In the mouth it is generous with fruity and spicy veins. However, it has a good body and is very pleasant and excellent to sip.

I Sensi line - Grillo 2022 La Vista of Abbazia Santa Anastasia
The Abbazia Sant'Antiasia Biological Grillo has a straw yellow color with light greenish nuances, while the nose offers fresh fruit aromas with floral notes. The palate is pleasantly fresh, sapid and persistent. Best served with fish dishes, excellent as an aperitif.

The first dry white wine from Zibibbo grapes on Pantelleria

Etna Bianco DOC Superiore of Tenuta delle Terre Nere is produced from Carricante grapes in Milo, a territory suitable for the production of Superiori whites thanks to the perfect combination of altitude, climate and exposure to the sun. It is a sharp, slender, austere and aristocratic wine.

Cold vinified Marsala
Obtained only from Grillo grapes, Vigna La Miccia by De Bartoli is an innovative and contemporary semi-dry Marsala Superiore Oro since it is cold vinified. Cold vinification enhances the fruity and more delicate notes of the vine and avoids excessive oxidation during its evolution.

This wine spings from the strongest and generous Sicilian vine, the Nero d’Avola, raised with care and passion on the slopes of the Mount Erice. It collects in itself the body and the sunny character from the land of origin.

Cometa by Planeta is a great Sicilian white wine from 100% Fiano grapes in the municipality of Menfi. Organic Sicilian Chardonnay DOC Menfi
Full-bodied, intense and with a good structure, Planeta's Chardonnay is a white aged in oak barriques, destined for long ageing. Giada by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine made from Trebbiano grapes and other typical grapes of the area. It is a fruity wine with aromatic notes, straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. The palate is delicate, subtle, balanced and pleasantly aromatic.

The Chardonnay by the Principe di Corleone winery is made from grapes from low-yield vineyards. The soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the must at low temperatures give rise to a wine full of personality, structure and refinement.

Zibibbo Bahar is one of the six autochthonous mono-varietals that best represent the peculiarities and nuances of the Valle del Belìce area.
It is a wine with an intense yellow color, with fruity and floral aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits, peaches and yellow melons, the result is a great taste-olfactory balance.
It belongs to the medium-compact ''Terra Bianca'' category. The dry microclimate with good water retention makes this land the ideal habitat for the cultivation of native white varietals.

Orestiadi Ludovico is the cru of Tenute Orestiadi, produced from Nero d'Avola (90%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) grapes. On the palate it is powerful with a complex, broad and enveloping structure.
It belongs to the ''Terra nera'' family, on the hills of the Trapani hinterland. Soil type rich in silt-clayey substances, compact and resistant to drought in the area. Perfect for growing both red and white grapes.
A full-bodied red wine, perfectly balanced, unmistakable and unforgettable for its olfactory and gustatory richness.

White wine from Carricante and Catarratto on volcanic soil, Etna Bianco is a wine with a scent of white fruit and jasmine flowers with light citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant and harmonious.
It falls into the category of ''TerraLavica'', the soil of Etna has made this territory unique for its mineral characteristics, where various natives of the volcano are cultivated.

Fresh and fragrant Vittoria Frappato
Bell'assai by Donnafugata is an extraordinarily fresh Vittoria Frappato with soft tannins. Its floral and fruity bouquet offers hints of rose, freesia and strawberries. Pleasant to drink, it is a red wine which, due to its freshness, also goes well with fish dishes.

Lamùri of Tasca D'Almerita is a Sicilian Nero d'Avola cultivated on the high hills. It takes its name from the winery's own love (Lamùri) for the production of its wines. Unlike the usual Nero d'Avola grown in the plains, Lamùri is characterized by primary aromas, without excesses of ripening.

Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon give life to Cantodoro: Nero d'Avola brings a strong fruity component that is identified in intense and ripe aromas of blackberries, wild strawberries and raspberries, and Cabernet Sauvignon brings both aromas of redcurrants and red fruits , both the structure and the body that give longevity and thickness to the product.

Among the red wines of the Planeta Cellars we offer you the Mamertino, whose name dates back to when the Mamertinis produced this wine described by Pliny and loved by Julius Caesar in Milazzo. It is a Sicilian blend of Nero d'Avola and Nocera grapes grown in The Baronia vineyard in Capo Milazzo. The Barone Lucifero Foundation, owner of the fund, uses part of the proceeds for socio-cultural and recreational activities for children in the Milazzo area.

Làvico Etna Bianco DOC - Duca di Salaparuta
